Tabe Annema is originally from The Netherlands and came to England in 1979.

He started to learn his craft as a harnessmaker in The Netherlands while he was working as a groom with a Dutch FEI 4 in hand team. 

After leaving the army he came to England  and started working at “Bridleways of Guildford” where he learned the rest of his craft under highly respected Master Saddler and Harnessmaker: Mr. Les Coker.

In 1982 he went self employed.

 In 1989 after a period as a driver/groom in a yard in Wales he came to his present address in Washington, West Sussex. This has been his base for trading ever since.

Tabe has wide experience with carriage driving and he regular drives himself with his Friesian mare “Anke”.
